Allowed
- General household waste; paper, toys, clothes, white goods, Tvs, computers, etc
- General garden and garage waste; wood, steel, bricks, concrete, green waste, etc
- Building and renovating waste.
- Tyres, mattresses, carpet/underlay and palm trees incur extra charges; please ring for a quote.
Not allowed and if found will be removed
- Food waste,
- Liquids,
- Dirt,
- Chemicals and poisons,
- Gas bottles or fire extinguishers,
- Explosive materials,
- Needles and syringes.
Q: Where can I put the bin?
A: The bin can be placed anywhere on private land that is accessible to the truck. Unfortunately, council regulations prohibit bins being placed on public property, such as on footpaths.
Q: What is included in the price?
A: When you ring for a quote you will be asked what size bin you need, the address where the bin is to be delivered, and what is going to be put in the bin. You may fill the bin to the rim (but not beyond). Delivery and removal of the bin and it’s contents (as specified), GST, and tip fees are all included in the quote.
Q: How long can I have the bin?
A: You can have the bin for 1-7 days (or longer if needed, just ask!).
Q: How can I pay?
A: You can pay by cash or direct funds transfer only. Sorry we don't accept card payments.
Q: How much notice do I need to give?
A: Same day delivery is usually available. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
